A personalized contract securing your booking and services

Payment in 2 Steps:
✔ 50% at booking (via Stripe – credit/debit card)
✔ 50% at latest 1 day before the tour begins

After the 50% deposit is paid, the booking becomes final and non-refundable
If your clients face flight delays or changes, we’ll do our best to reschedule — depending on availability

Important:
Full payment (second 50%) must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour starts
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services without refund
If We Cancel the TourQuestions?
In the unlikely event that your tour is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, hotel or transport issues, etc.), you will receive:
– A full refund of the amount paid, or
– The option to reschedule your tour at no extra cost
We will do our best to inform you as early as possible and assist you in adjusting your travel plans
