2. Fill the Booking Form
Provide your:
Name and email
Number of travelers
Selected tour and date
Dietary preferences (if any)

3. Pay 50% Deposit Securely
After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a secure Stripe payment page to pay 50% of the total tour cost.

4. Receive Hotel Booking & Contract
Within 24 hours after payment, you will receive by email:
The official hotel reservation voucher
A personalized contract securing your booking and services

PAYMENT TERMS & SECURITY

Payment in 2 Steps:
✔ 50% at booking (via Stripe – credit/debit card)
✔ 50% at latest 1 day before the tour begins

CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION

Cancellation Policy:
After the 50% deposit is paid, the booking becomes final and non-refundable
If your clients face flight delays or changes, we’ll do our best to reschedule — depending on availability

Important:
Full payment (second 50%) must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour starts
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of services without refund
